| Vibration Welding This process produces welds by generating heat through friction with a reciprocating linear motion.Ultrasonic Welding This bonding method utilizes mechanical energy to create ultrasonic frequencies that convert to heat and permanently bond two plastic parts. It is commonly used for insertion of threaded sub-assembled components. |
