Printing

Printing

ESP utilizes three primary methods for printing on injection molded parts. Each of these processes is operated in the same plant as the manufacturing of the parts. Conveyor systems often take the parts directly from molding machine to printing machine to reduce costs and decrease lead times.

Pad Printing
Pad printing is used for printing products such as phones which require an extremely durable print on often less than flat surfaces.

Hot Stamping
This process is utilized for stamping metallic colors onto a product or for applying heat transfer decals to an item. It’s typically used for printing company logos or decorative artwork on an item.

Silk Screening
The lowest cost method for printing on parts is often used for high volume low tolerance applications.
