Our 125,000 square foot plastic molding company facility in Hot Springs , AR serves as our headquarters and primary manufacturing facility. This facility houses 28 injection molding machines ranging in size from 85 tons to 2200 tons and includes a 5,000 square foot area dedicated to painting, decorating, and assembly.
It is also outfitted with robotic automation and a series of conveyor systems that provide for the low cost production of high volume plastic parts, sub-assemblies, and final products.
One of the primary advantages of our Arkansas injection molding facility is our capacity for manufacturing extremely large products. Our Arkansas plant contains numerous injection molding machines that are 500 tons or greater making us one of the region’s top resources for large plastic items.
